No contracts or monthly minimums. Simply pay for the services you use! Contract-to-close services are invoiced at closing, while listing services are invoiced once your listing goes active.
Our No-Closing, No-Fee Guarantee
At The Closing Crew, your success is our priority! If a transaction falls through for any reason before closing, we'll waive our Contract-to-Close service fee for up to three unsuccessful transactions per calendar year.
