Questions
What agents ask before their first file.
Do I stay in charge of my deal?
Yes. You're the broker on the transaction. You make the calls, negotiate, and advise your client. We handle the scheduling, documents and follow-up, and we check with you before anything goes out in your name.
The Closing Crew does it all, except for…
Negotiating terms, giving legal or tax advice, discussing price with buyers or sellers, and showing property. Anything that requires a licensed broker stays with you. Everything else, we've got covered.
What does The Closing Crew need to get started?
The ratified contract, your client's contact info, and the names of the lender, closing attorney and other agent if you have them. We take it from there.
When do I pay?
Every file is invoiced directly to you. Contract-to-close fees are invoiced at closing, and listing services are invoiced once your listing goes active. Invoices are due within 10 days, and a $50 late fee applies for each month an invoice remains unpaid. If a contract-to-close file falls through before closing, our No-Closing, No-Fee Guarantee covers up to three per calendar year.
What is the No-Closing, No-Fee Guarantee?
At The Closing Crew, your success is our priority! If a transaction falls through for any reason before closing, we'll waive our Contract-to-Close service fee for up to three unsuccessful transactions per calendar year.
It's our way of giving you peace of mind and showing our commitment to your business. When you don't close, we don't get paid!
See it on our pricing page.
Which MLS do you work in, and how do you get access?
We work with agents across North Carolina's MLSs, including Doorify, HIVE, Canopy and Triad. If you request MLS entry or other MLS work, our intake form asks which MLS you use. You or your brokerage will need to give The Closing Crew proper authorized access for that MLS, such as approved assistant or staff access.
We never request, accept or use an agent's personal MLS login, so please don't send us your username or password. Arranging approved access is your responsibility, and MLS work begins once it's in place. See our MLS access policy.
Which areas does The Closing Crew cover?
We're based in Clayton and work with agents across all of North Carolina. Our work is done remotely, so it doesn't matter where your deal is.
How does The Closing Crew use AI?
AI helps us read contracts, keep timelines current when an addendum changes a date, flag missing signatures and documents, and send reminders before each deadline. A real coordinator checks everything and handles every conversation, so you get the speed of the technology and the judgment of a person who knows your file.
Can my whole brokerage use The Closing Crew?
Yes. Brokerage partners get one point of contact, a shared intake process, and the partner rate while it lasts. See the Brokerage partners offer on our pricing page.
